Founded in 2016 by Dr. Connell Wise, the initial goal of Connell Wise & Associates was to assist youth & under-represented business owners and entrepreneurs to create profitable and fully licensed businesses in the District of Columbia. CW&A has since grown, now with an office in Mauritius, Africa, Hong Kong (SAR), and clients around the world.
