Dr. Connell Wise

At only 32 years old, Dr. Connell Wise, DDiv, is the Founder & Managing Partner of CW&A, LLC (Connell Wise & Associates, LLC).. Wise is an Industrial-Organizational Generalist, Certified Financial Social Worker, Counselor, Certified Public Bookkeeper, Private Investigator, Master Executive Coaching Professional (MEXCP), and a Certified Global Business Development Specialist. He formally worked for U.S. Senator Michael D. Brown, the "DC Shadow Senator", as his District Director on the Statehood Commission as part of DC's fight for admission into the republic as the 51st State. He also Dr. Wise was granted the Honorary Noble title of Baron by Prince-Regent Michael of Sealand. He has the honor of being a member of the Forbes Coaching Council, International Association of Professional Executive Coaching, American Association of Small Business Consultants, and the National Small Business Association on its Leadership Board. He is the Founder & Chairmen of the International Council on Trade & Development, an International Nonpartisan Organization that promotes free trade throughout the North American, Central American, African, Indian Ocean and Asia regions. He is also a former District Staff Officer in the United States Coast Guard (Aux) and attended the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary University Program. Throughout the past decade, he has served in various positions in government such as in the White House under the Obama Administration, the Boston City Council and the Executive Office of the Mayor of Washington DC. A lifelong learner, he holds three degrees. Dual Executive MBA and Master's in International Trade at the European Business School of Barcelona (ENEB) and Academic Wise he is also a member of the DC Black MBA Association, National Association of Black Psychologist, National Association of Black Accountants, and Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychologist. While also pursuing a Certificate in Global Business from the Harvard University Online Business School and a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) in Extension Studies.
