CW&A Young Entrepreneur-In-Residence (Y.E.I.R.) is our firm’s Youth mentorship program for 15-to 26-year-old young men & women of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color). It is responsible for developing new entrepreneurial opportunities and expanding existing opportunities within the BIPOC community. Under the direction of the Managing Partner or an agent thereof CW&A, in partnership with the Washington Institute for Social Entrepreneurship (Wise Institute), the Y.E.I.R. gain access to job-readiness, life skills, lectures, and business coaching for Y.E.I.R. students startups, and bring real-world expertise and entrepreneurial practice program. Mentees also have access to the courses offered at the Wise Institute, over 350+ Workforce Certifications, Our Financial Social Work Program (Building a Budget, Building Personal and Business Credit), and CW&A’s Medical Services offer: Primary and intermediate, Psychiatric care.
